Chy McDonald joined Abrahamson Rdzanek & Wilkins as its Office Manager in April 2024. With nearly a decade of experience in law office administration, Chy has successfully navigated various legal sectors, including employment and disability law, personal injury, and criminal defense. She also had the unique opportunity to work as a Judicial Specialist for the State of Iowa. Chy is integral to our firm’s operations, expertly managing payroll, client billing, and HR/employee benefits administration while providing essential support to clients as they embark on their legal journeys.
A natural problem-solver, Chy also spearheaded a full redesign of our firm's website—improving navigation and modernizing our look—and helped optimize our case management software to better support the team's workflow and productivity.
Outside of work, Chy enjoys traveling around the world and cherishes her time with her dog, Duke, who adopted her in 2016.
