Lauren M. Siedlecki is a dedicated advocate for employee rights at Abrahamson Rdzanek & Wilkins. Since her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2023, she has zealously represented employees across a broad spectrum of private-sector matters, including cases of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, family and medical leave violations, disability accommodations, retaliatory discharge, contract disputes, employee benefits, and the negotiation of restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. Additionally, Lauren has successfully represented employees in both private mediations and proceedings before the EEOC and IDHR, ensuring that her clients' voices are heard and their rights are protected.
Lauren is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A. 2018) and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (J.D. 2023), where she distinguished herself by earning a certificate in Employment & Labor Law. During law school, Lauren actively contributed as a member of the Labor & Employment Law Society and served as an editor for the Employment Rights and Policy Journal. Her outstanding advocacy skills were showcased on Chicago-Kent’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team, where she excelled in national mock trial competitions, earning accolades such as Best Cross Examination and the Syracuse National Trial Competition (2022), as well as being named a Regional Finalist in the National Trial Competition (2023).
