Lauren M. Siedlecki is an Attorney with Abrahamson Rdzanek & Wilkins. She is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A. 2018) and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (J.D. 2023). Lauren was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2023 and now represents employees in a variety of private-sector matters, including employment disputes involving workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation, family and medical leave, disability accommodations, retaliatory discharge, contract disputes, employee benefits and negotiations of restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. She has also represented employees in mediation, including private mediation as well as EEOC and IDHR mediations. Lauren is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association.

Lauren earned her certificate in Employment & Labor from Chicago-Kent and served as a member of the school’s Labor & Employment Law Society and as an editor for the Employment Rights and Policy Journal. She also participated in multiple national mock trial competitions on Chicago-Kent’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team.
